The sc_sms_campaign_engagement view provides the necessary metrics to analyze the engagement of a given SMS marketing campaign. In this view, you will find information about how often SMSs for a given campaign were sent or clicked on. You’ll also get information about how many messages were sent and converted to an actual order.

When not to use the view
This view contains information from a given email campaign. No customer information is provided in this data, nor or specific orders. As such, tying this data in with the rest of SoundCommerce modeled data relies on the campaign attribute.
This view does not necessarily contain specifics about the following:
- Fulfillment-related metrics (i.e., shipment partner, tracking number, fulfillment breakdown of constituent items)
- Item-related metrics (i.e., sku-level price, sku-level cost, sku-level discounts)
- Product-related metrics (i.e., warehouse inventory for a given product)
- Customer PII-related values (i.e., first and last names, addresses)
- Customer-related metrics (i.e., customer-aggregated sales, lifetime value, running order counts)
