What’s New: Core Module Looker Studio Templates

We have added eight customizable Looker Studio templates to our Dashboard Template Library. These templates are included in the SoundCommerce Core Platform module. Users can leverage new templates to measure sales and profit performance by channel, product, customer status, or geographic location, and to understand behaviors and trends among repeat customers. In addition to templates, we have added three new views to Direct Access. These views are designed specifically for reporting and can easily be used to power Looker Studio templates (instructions for connecting to data are linked in each Looker Studio template). New Direct Access views are listed below. Each view is documented in the Direct Access Data Dictionary:

1. sc_sales_performance _metrics
2. sc_customer_reporting_metrics
3. sc_product_performance_metrics

Please note that Looker Studio templates include mock sample data by default. Instructions for copying templates and connecting to data are linked in the header of each Looker Studio template. Users must connect to the appropriate view from their own direct access dataset in order to view business performance and customize KPI’s, visualizations, and filters.
