What’s New: Dashboards & Reporting Tools

We are excited to announce that SoundCommerce has partnered with Sigma Computing to offer a more flexible reporting experience!

Please note that users will temporarily need to log into Sigma to view SoundCommerce dashboards. Four dashboards are now available in Sigma as part of this beta release (with additional dashboards coming soon). In the coming weeks, SoundCommerce will embed new Sigma dashboards in soundcommerce.io to offer an intuitive single sign-on experience.

Accessing Sigma:

1. Follow the instructions sent by Sigma via email to create your account
2. Navigate to: https://app.sigmacomputing.com/soundcommerce/login
3. Enter your email and password
4. Click “Shared with me”
   
5. Click the folder labeled "Production"
6. Click a dashboard to view
7. Optional: Turn on explore mode to create custom visualizations and conduct ad-hoc analysis

August - September 2023: Additional dashboards released

September 2023: Sigma dashboards embedded in SoundCommerce.io
