How to Access this Report
- Follow the instructions sent by Sigma via email to create your account
- Navigate to: https://app.sigmacomputing.com/soundcommerce/login
- Enter your email and password
- Click “Shared with me”
- Click the folder labeled "Production"
- Click a dashboard to view
- Optional: Turn on explore mode to create custom visualizations and conduct ad-hoc analysis
How to Use this Report
Use the Operations Overview Dashboard to track operational opportunities at a glance. Track key metrics like days to ship or days to deliver, and use the filters to see the root cause of operational delays. Use filters or Query Builder to answer questions, test hypotheses or dig into root causes, and create lists of customers to contact proactively to preserve the customer relationship.
Filters
Report Date Range: Defaults to the last 365 days, or this filter can be adjusted to include a smaller or larger window, a range of specific dates, or before or after a particular date.
Canceled: Defaults to False which excludes canceled orders.
Channel: Defaults to all Sales Channels, or you can select certain sales channels to get a granular view.
Fulfillment Status: Defaults to all, or you can filter to dig in to missing, canceled, or failed shipments.
Shipment Status: Defaults to all, or you can filter to dig in to different shipping statuses.
Tracking Company: Defaults to all, or you can filter by Carrier to dig in to carrier exceptions or issues.
