How to Access this Report
- Follow the instructions sent by Sigma via email to create your account
- Navigate to: https://app.sigmacomputing.com/soundcommerce/login
- Enter your email and password
- Click “Shared with me”
- Click the folder labeled "Production"
- Click a dashboard to view
- Optional: Turn on explore mode to create custom visualizations and conduct ad-hoc analysis
How to Use this Report
Use the Marketing Overview Dashboard as your one-stop to unpacking your digital marketing performance. Track key metrics like CAC and ROAS, see the role discounts play in your sales performance, and understand which marketing sources drive the most sales and associated return at a high level through the Ad Performance rollup, or at a granular level through the Ad Performance Breakdown. This data reflects both your analytics source attribution (same-day, last click) and first-party order data, which gives you a more accurate picture of attribution than your analytics provider alone.
Filters
Report Date Range: Defaults to the last 365 days, or this filter can be adjusted to include a smaller or larger window, a range of specific dates, or before or after a particular date.
Canceled: Defaults to False which excludes canceled orders.
Channel: Defaults to all Sales Channels, or you can select certain sales channels to get a granular view.
Source: Defaults to all Marketing Sources, or you can filter by select Marketing Sources.
Campaign Name: Defaults to all Marketing Campaigns, or you can filter by select Campaign Names.
