Navigating to the Attributed Customers Dashboard
1. Hover over the red bar on the far left of the Retail Application and select Dashboard, as shown In the image below.
2. Navigate to the Marketing Suite, and select Attributed Customers.
How to use the Attributed Customers Dashboard
After viewing which sources drove the most conversions in Attributed Sales, you can navigate to Attributed Customers to see which digital marketing sources are attracting new and repeat customers. This data reflects both your analytics source attribution (same-day, last click) and first-party order data, which gives you a more accurate picture of attribution than your analytics provider alone. Track key metrics, trend over time, and which sources are driving new and repeat business.

Compare key digital marketing performance metrics and their correlations with these visualizations.
3. Orders and sources by all types
Use this chart to review detailed metrics by paid, unpaid and other sources.
4. Orders attributed to selected type of source
Use this chart to review detailed metrics by selected source type.
Unique Filters in Attributed Customers
| Filter | Definition |
| Date | The date range for the selected period to display data. Pay special attention to the titles of subsequent dashboard components, as the date you select may update all or part of a dashboard. Some dashboard sections are pre-filtered, regardless of the date you select. |
| Source | The digital marketing source or domain. |
| Medium | The digital marketing medium or category of marketing. |
| Channel | The sales channel where the order was placed. |
| Source Type | Whether the digital marketing was paid or unpaid. |
| Compare to previous | The time frame to compare the data to. We recommend using Year (NRF) when doing comparison from year to year, to ensure the data is apples to apples. More information about the NRF calendar here. |
| Promo Code | Filter for a specific promo code. |
| Anonymous Customer | Whether the customer is known or unknown/anonymous. Read more about anonymous customers here. |
| Subscription | Whether the order is a subscription order or a non-subscription order |
