How to use the Profitability Dashboard
Use the Profitability Dashboard (or as we call it, the Profitability waterfall) to gauge event-level profitability at every step of the order lifecycle, both for orders overall and the average order level. The goal is to take you from booked or ordered sales all the way down to contribution profit to understand how much money you have netted after all your costs are accounted for. Pair this data with the predictions in CLS and CLV to target your marketing and merchandising accordingly, and improve your profitability over time.
