How to use Cohort (First Order)
Cohorts are defined by a shared experience at a certain point in time. Here, they're defined by the month in which they made their first purchase. Use Cohort (First Order) to find your high-value customers, and compare the lifetime sales of cohorts. Analyze this dashboard to see if first-order purchase values are consistent or varied, and to identify why certain cohorts may be more successful than others. Check out the Member Current Status chart to drill into the effect membership has on customer historical sales (CHS). Then head over to Query Builder to drill into the data further and answer questions or test hypotheses.
