The SoundCommerce Help Center is a central location for new releases, product help, and support articles for SoundCommerce clients. You can find answers to common questions, and instructions for features such as the SoundCommerce Retail Dashboards and Direct Access. 

Explore the Help Center

You can get to the Help Center several different ways:

• Go to support.soundcommerce.io and sign in 
• Sign in to the SoundCommerce Retail Dashboard and select Help (?) in the toolbar
  
• Go to SoundCommerce.com, select Help (?), and sign in with your SoundCommerce login and password
  
  
  

On the Help Center homepage, type in the search bar to find topics by keyword, or select Documentation to peruse a list of knowledge base articles.

• Go to the Help Center home page to submit feature requests and support requests. 
• To comment on a single Help Center article, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your feedback in the Comments field.
