2022-02-23: Improved user experience in the Retail Dashboard

To improve the data visualization experience, we've updated the overall look and feel of the SoundCommerce Retail Dashboards.

Some updates include changes to the basic color, style, and layout of the user interface (UI).  

Dashboard filters no longer require Run or Stop options. Simply edit the filters and click Reload to update the dashboard.
