2022-03-08: Query Builder has access to more customer and order fields

We've added more fields to the Customer and Order categories in Query Builder.

You can access the following fields by selecting Category: Customer Attributes.

New Customer Field	Description
Customer Gross Profit	Total gross profit across all existing orders
Customer Delivered Profit	Total delivered profit across all existing orders
Customer Contribution Profit	Total contribution profit across all existing orders
AOV	Average order value across all existing orders
First Order Category	Product category associated with the customer’s first order
First Order Source	Marketing source associated with the customer’s first order
First Order Medium	Marketing medium associated with the customer’s first order
First Order Channel	Sales channel associated with the customer’s first order
Days Since First Order	Number of days since the customer’s first order
