2022-03-18: New filters for Customer and Merchandising dashboards

We have updated SoundCommerce Customer and Merchandising dashboards to include the following filters:

1. First Order Category
2. First Order SKU
3. First Order Source
4. First Order Medium

This functionality enables users to filter Customer and Merchandising dashboards based on key characteristics of a customer’s first order. Users can leverage these filters to answer questions such as:

1. What are the highest performing products, categories, or promotions amongst customers that were acquired through a specific marketing source?
2. What is the CHS or repeat purchase propensity of customers that purchased a specific product first?
3. What is the CHS or repeat purchase propensity of customers that were acquired through a specific marketing source or medium?
