2022-04-26: Improved Query Builder UI and experience

We've updated Query Builder to bring you a more intuitive user experience:

• Format & font changes. Query parameters now take up less space on the page and all text is Open Sans.  
  
  
• Query output fields. To facilitate analysis, we've refined the list of output fields and the order in which they appear.

• Results section
  • The default view now shows lists of all customers, orders, or products. This allows users to reference raw data before building queries.
    
    
  • After running a query, the complete output (that is, all rows and columns) will appear in the Results section. Previously, the results only showed 50 items.
    
    
  • To view all rows, you can now page through your query results without having to download the data first.
