What’s New: Campaign Module Updates
SoundCommerce Campaign now empowers marketers to measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. In addition, we have added new features (see below) which enable users to manage campaign data, write custom queries, and construct custom visualizations via Data Studio.
1. UTM Override UI: New feature available directly in the SoundCommerce Retail Application enabling marketers to update source, medium, and campaign names ingested from Web Analytics platforms and Digital Marketing Channels.
2. Four Customizable Dashboard Templates: The following Dashboard Templates can be customized freely to meet your organization’s specific reporting needs (talk to your CSM about getting access).
2.1. Digital Marketing Performance: Measure performance by source, medium, and campaign and compare to any prior period
2.2. Digital Marketing Trends: Identify trends over a specified date range
2.3. Digital Marketing YoY Comparison (Previous Week): Use the NRF Calendar to measure performance of the last full calendar week against the same week from the prior calendar year
2.4. Digital Marketing YoY Comparison (Current Week): Use the NRF Calendar to measure performance of the current calendar week against the same period from the prior calendar year
3.1. New feature enabling SQL users to navigate to Direct Access directly from the SoundCommerce Retail Application.
3.2. Three new Direct Access views have been added to power the SoundCommerce Dashboard Templates
