How to use the Repeat Segments Dashboard
Use Repeat Segments to understand the repeat purchase propensity and behavior of your customers. See how many one-time customers your business has, compared to multi-transaction customers. Track how CHS changes based on order count. Pair the data in Repeat Segments with lists pulled in Query Builder to target particular customer segments and attempt to convert one-time purchasers to two-time purchasers and beyond. Understand CHS and its correlation to order count, and then head on over to the CLS dashboard and CLV dashboard to make targeted marketing decisions based on your customers' behavior and our predictive models.
