SoundCommerce recognizes that every business may recognize revenue a little differently. We have enabled the Financial Status filter so each user can tailor the data to their specific business use case. If you want to see all orders placed, regardless of order status and related payment, this filter is for you.
Valid Values for the Financial Status Filter
Please note; these values and definitions may vary depending on your system of record.
| Value | Definition |
| Authorized | The payment is authorized but funds are not available. |
| Paid | The payment is paid. |
| Partially Refunded | The payment has been partially refunded. |
| Pending | Payment is pending. |
| Refunded | The payment has been refunded. |
| Unpaid | The payment is unpaid. |
