How to Access this Report

1. Log in to your soundcommerce.io instance

2. Navigate to the Dashboard List

3. Select the Executive Overview

4. Optional for PRO Accounts: Turn on Explore mode to create custom visualizations and conduct ad-hoc analysis

How to Use this Report

Use the Executive Overview Dashboard as a thirty-thousand-foot view of your business. With several metrics and insights into your Customers, Sales, Marketing and Operations performance, the results seen in this dashboard will inform the next steps you take in your analysis, whether that is navigating to another dashboard or tool to dig in, or to DirectAccess for more robust querying.

Filters

Report Date Range: Defaults to the last 30 days, or this filter can be adjusted to include a smaller or larger window, a range of specific dates, or before or after a particular date.

Compare to Previous: Defaults to comparing performance to previous month in the Key Metrics Tiles

Canceled: Defaults to False which excludes canceled orders.

Anonymous Customer: Defaults to include Anonymous, in addition to known customers.

Channel: Defaults to all sales channels.
