How to Enable Attentive Data Access

SoundCommerce customers can use these instructions to give us access to their Attentive data and set up data feeds for collection to Reactor.

Before we can request a SFTP feed, we must set up a new user. 

To add SoundCommerce as a user:

  1. Sign in to Attentive

  2. Go to Settings > User Account Management.

  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click + Add User Account.

  4. In the Add New User Account popup, enter the email address SoundCommerce created for you. This is typically formatted as client-[yourclientname]@soundcommerce.com. Once entered, click Add user.

  5. Attentive sends a Reset Password email to the new user. They then have 30 minutes to set their password and activate their account.

 

To request SFTP data feed setup:
SoundCommerce is happy to contact Attentive's White Glove team () on your behalf or you can connect the SoundCommerce team (client-[yourclientname]@soundcommerce.com) with Attentive’s White Glove team using the following email: 

Hello White Glove Support,

We would like to set up a daily export of SFTP data feeds (both General Events and Conversions) to SoundCommerce (client-[yourclientname]@soundcommerce.com). We would also like this feed configured to only include conversions that are actually attributed to a message.
SoundCommerce would like to use an Attentive-hosted SFTP for the exchange of files.
