How to add a new User:
Note: Only members with Account Administrator permissions can invite new users.
- Log into Impact Account: https://app.impact.com/login.user
- From the left navigation bar, select
[Menu] → Settings.
- On the left, under General, select Account Users
- Click the “Invite Users” button in the top-right
- Select Add Member User
- Enter client-[yourclientname]@reactordata.com and “Reactor Data” as the invitee name.
- Once created, you’ll need to Edit User Access Rights by clicking on the ellipsis and selecting Edit Access Rights
- We will only need read-only/view-only access to campaign related data
How to enable API Access:
Note: Only Account Administrators and Implementation Specialist members of a brand account can enable impact.com API access and view account credentials.
- Log into Impact Account: https://app.impact.com/login.user
- From the left navigation bar, select
[Menu] → Settings.
- Scroll to the Technical section and select API.
- On the Platform REST Web Services screen, Enable API Access Now
- The page will refresh automatically and your API credentials will appear.
- Retrieve the Read-Only Account SID and Read-Only Auth Token
- Place the newly obtained credentials into the External Vault in 1Password
