To create API keys for an Iterable project:
- Sign in to an Iterable project as an org admin or as a member that has the Manage Integrations project permission.
- Navigate to Integrations > API Keys. This screen lists information about each of the API keys that have been created for the project, but it does not display the full API keys.
- Click New API Key.
- In the Create API Key window, enter a name for the key and select server-side keys, then click Create.
- In the Copy Your New API Key window, copy the API key and then place into the external vault in 1Password as a new entry.

To add a new Member to your Iterable organization:
- Go to settings > Organization Members
- Click New Member
- In the New Member form, enter a First Name (Reactor), Last Name (Data), and Email address (client-[yourclientname]@soundcommerce.com)
- Select Member as the Org Role, then click Create Member
- From the Organization Members screen, click on the newly created member’s name to open the Member Details screen.
- For each project you want to assign, click Add to Project
- In the Add to Project window, select a Role
- If no role is created, just assign View permissions where available.
- Click Add to Project
- From either the Member Details screen or Organization Members, click on the overflow menu (three dots) next to the member’s name and select Send Invitation.
