- Log into Amazon Seller Central
- Click on the gear icon in the top right of the screen and select User Permissions
- Add a New User using client-[clientname]@soundcommerce.com
- After inviting, alert the SoundCommerce team so they can accept the invite
- Once SoundCommerce accepts the invite, please go back into User Permissions for the associated account and provide View Access to the following line items:
Orders: Manage Orders - Manage Refunds - Manage Returns - Transactions
Reports: Business Reports, Sales Summary - Custom Reports
