SoundCommerce customers can use these instructions to give us access to their Klaviyo data.
Klaviyo
To establish permissions for SoundCommerce, you’ll need to add the company as a new user, using the email account SoundCommerce provided for you. You will also need to create an API key that SoundCommerce can use to connect to Klaviyo’s API for data collection.
To add SoundCommerce as a user:

Sign in to Klaviyo

Click your organization name in the bottom left corner.

Navigate to Settings > Users.

Click Add New User.

Type in the email address SoundCommerce created for you. This is typically formatted as
client-[yourclientname]@soundcommerce.com. Once entered, select the Admin user role

Click Add User
If the process was successful, Klaviyo will send an invitation email to the SoundCommerce account.
To create an API key for SoundCommerce:

Sign in to Klaviyo

Navigate to Account > Settings

Click API Keys

Click Create Private API Key

Name the API key “SoundCommerce”

Under Select Access Level, select the Read-Only Key option

Select Create

On the next page, the key you created will appear under the Private API Keys heading. You can click the eye icon (
) to view and copy the API key. -
