How to Enable Pepperjam Data Access

Log in to your Pepperjam account

Navigate to Account Settings > User Management.

Select "Add New User".

Enter the email address SoundCommerce created for you. This Is typically formatted as client-[yourclientname]@soundcommerce.com.

Specify the access level as Reporting Only.

Once you have filled in the above details, send the invitation. An email will be sent to SoundCommerce with instructions on how to access and set up their account.
