Adding a user
A role with the Save User resource is required to manage users and application keys. The default role for this purpose is User Administrator - RESTRICTED, but it is also possible to create a custom role with this resource.
- Log in & navigate to the admin portion of your store
- Click on your profile avatar on VTEX Admin top bar
- Click on Account settings > Users
- Create a new user
- Click on the “+ New” Button and add client-[clientname]@soundcommerce.com
- Add Roles
- Click on + Add Roles
- Add the following Roles:
- IntegrationProfile - OrderSimulation
- Logistics - Read only
- OMS - Read only
- Seller Manager

Creating API Keys

- Click on Account settings > User Roles
- Click New Role
- Choose Custom > assign a role name
- Choose the Dynamic Storage Product
- Dynamic storage generic resources > Read only documents
4. Click Configure Another Product

- OMS access > Feed v3 and Hook Admin
- OMS access > Feed v3 and Hook Admin
- Choose the OMS Product

- Click on your profile avatar on VTEX Admin top bar
- Click on Account settings > Application Keys
