Adding a user

1. Log in to your Ordergroove account.
2. Click the circular account dropdown in the top right and select Users.
3. Click Add User.
4. Enter the following details:
   1. First Name: SoundCommerce
   2. Last Name: Your Client Name or abbreviation
   3. Email address: Enter the email address SoundCommerce created for you. This Is typically formatted as client-[yourclientname]@soundcommerce.com.
   4. Username: SoundCommerce+[yourclientname]
5. Click Add.
6. Upon creating the user, the user will receive an email at the provided email address, providing them with access to the Ordergroove Admin.
7. Note: Default access is only set up for the Customer Tab. For additional access, please reach out to Ordergroove Support for assistance.

Creating API Keys

1. Log in to your Ordergroove account.
2. Open the Profile Icon in the top right and select Developers and API Keys.
3. Sign our Terms of Service for the API token.
4. The API key will populate. Log into 1Pass and add the API Keys in the ext-[clientname] vault. Instructions for adding credentials to 1Pass are located here.
5. Send an “X-API-Key” header with the token when making a request to our endpoints.
   1. The new API token authentication has full access to the APIs listed below. 
      1. Subscriptions
      2. Orders
      3. Items
      4. Customers
      5. Merchant
      6. Addresses
      7. Payments
      8. Products
      9. Offer Profiles
      10. One Time Incentives
      11. Anticipate AI
